OUS~CCDW~ODE Integrated Data System Advisory Group Meeting

This meeting was held on April 7 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m to review the current status of the pilot and solicit feedback from the participants.

March 2004

Data Elements document sent to Admissions Offices and Registrars (March 2004)
A table containing the 21 data elements identified by admissions officers or registrars as being necessary on a high school transcript. It also contains elements that other states collect that may or may not be needed in Oregon. The data elements contain fields mapped to the OSR, which ODE wishes to use for data extraction, and ANSI codes that higher ed uses for translation to EDI. EDI is currently being used by several institutions for data exchange.
