Getting Started High Schools
Step 1.
Check with your IT department to learn whether the electronic transcript is available for your school or district.
Step 2.
Schedule a training session with IDTS staff by contacting etranscript_support@lists.ous.edu. You will be asked to fill out the contact information sheet for your school prior to your training.
Step 3.
Test a variety of transcripts, including unusual cases, and compare original with the electronic version for accuracy.
Step 4.
When confident of accuracy, have an administrator sign a “production-ready” letter and submit to the IDTS office.
Step 5.
Your school will be notified when all users have been set-up in production and your school is ready to send “live” transcripts. Schools that are in production are listed here.
