How do I get trained to use IDTS?
There are several ways to get trained using IDTS:
Face to Face Training:
A member of the IDTS team can come to your location and train your counselors. We will work with you to make sure your sytem is set up ahead of time. Contact etranscript_support@list.ous.edu to set up a training session. A description of the training process is provided below:
Online Training:
The materials below will walk you through the process of sending electronic transcripts. Please note that the process may vary slightly according to how eSIS is configured at your school.
For eSIS schools

For Pentamation schools

Refresher Training:
We are conducting individual refresher training sessions at local Portland schools. If you have been trained on the IDTS tools but need a refresher, contact Dawn_Taloyo@ous.edu (541)737-4726 to schedule a time.
